Refund Policy

All of our patches are 100% customized for each individual customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that color, size, shape, and placement options for each patch are set to their personal requirements. Universal Lettering Company, Inc. operating at will offer a refund for store credit if and only if the patch that was produced and shipped to the customer does not meet the specifications of the patch, as defined by the Work Order. The Work Order will be emailed to the customer along with the confirmation of order via email at the time of sale.

Universal Lettering Company, Inc. will give the customer a 24 hour grace period over which time the customer can call 877-793-7552 to make changes to their order. After the 24 hour grace period additional charges, up to but not exceeding the selling price of the original order, may be incurred by the customer.
